I don't know much about this stuff since I'm not black and I'm from Europe, but since I have a bad infection of my loungs my doc gave me some Codeine drops and I must say it owns.
My loungs hurt so much I can't even so smoke but that stuff keeps me chilled all day long.

But smoking weed is still the better way, looking forward to my loungs working again.
